If you are looking for personalized advice that fully adapts to your needs, the offices have in-person service points in three key locations:

• Calle Mendoza, 5: Monday to Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m..
• At the UPV: Monday to Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. (closed from July 2 to September 2).
• Colón Station: Monday to Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m..

Lost and found EMT Valencia

EMT does not assume responsibility for objects left on buses, but if you have forgotten any personal object in one of its vehicles, you can recover it by calling 963 15 85 15 and going to the Citizen Services Office located at Calle Mendoza, 5 the next business day from 1:00 p.m. In order to pick up any item, you will need to present valid identification.

In this office, found objects will be kept for 7 days. After that period, they will be sent to Lost and Found of the Local Police, located at Santa Cruz de Tenerife Street, 1, which you can call at: 963 52 54 78.
