History of Line 7 Metrovalencia
Metrovalencia line 7 was created in March 2015 as a split from line 5. It began with the section that goes from Torrent Avinguda to the Marítim Station, passing through the Bailén "intermodal" station. The history of this line dates back to September 2004, when the underground section in Torrente was inaugurated. From then on, the Bailén stations were added in 2005 and Marítim in 2007 Thus, Metrovalencia line 7 is an independent branch of line 5, which connects Torrent Avinguda, Bailén and Marítim.
